Check-out is before 10am. Guest Reception is located at 1941 Poipu Road about 14 miles from the Lihue Airport. We are adjacent to Kalapaki Joe's Restaurant, about 1/2 mile west of the Hyatt Regency on Poipu Road. Our guest reception office is open daily from 8am to 7pm. Reception is only open between 8am - 7pm every day except holidays which is 8am - 5pm. If you arrive after hours please access your keys and check-in packet from the lock box to the right of our entry. A call to the phone number above the lock box will provide 24 hour check-in capabilities.
