At Shiki no Yado Michinokuan, guests can refresh in the public hot-spring baths and stay in rooms with traditional decor. Massages can be requested for an extra cost and traditional multi-course meals can be enjoyed. JR Shiraishi Zao Train Station is a 15-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding or in Western beds. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV and a fridge, while Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests. Some rooms come with a private open-air bath. Local souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop and luggage storage is offered at the front desk. Free parking is available on site.
